1/ Content Copyright Policy
VSM declares that all content on the VSM website is written by our own staff members.
Copying and publishing the content in any form without proper attribution is strictly prohibited. VSM will report DMCA violations without prior notice.
2/ Information Collection
When hiring our services, customers are required to provide information through a form, including their name, email, phone number, address, and Facebook/Zalo contact.
VSM collects this information to enhance current and future customer service.
VSM is committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of any information provided by customers during the service process.
4/ Refund Policy
VSM guarantees a refund as stated in the service contract signed with the customer if the expected results are not achieved. Refund information will be clearly stated in the service contract.
We provide prompt service support, typically responding within 15 minutes of customer contact.
Our support hours are from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM daily.
6/ Service Complaints
Complaint: In the event of a complaint, if our customer service staff has not provided satisfactory assistance, customers can submit their complaint via:
